Term and Rates for 2026

The housing agreements are priced per person and include all utilities such as water, garbage, electricity, and internet. Applicants will select either a single occupancy or double occupancy floorplan. Residents can select their roommates at the time of application and options for same-sex or co-ed living is available.

Spring Term 2026 (4 Months)

(January 9th, 2026 to May 2nd, 2026)

Double Room: Monthly Payment $745/ Lease Term Total: $2,980
Single Room: Monthly Payment $1,230 / Lease Term Total: $4,920

Spring and Summer Term 2026 (7 months)

(January 9th, 2026 to August 15th, 2026)

Double Room: Monthly Payment $745/ Lease Term Total: $5,215
Single Room: Monthly Payment $1,230 / Lease Term Total: $8,610

There is a one-time application fee of $50 that is non-refundable in order to process the housing application. Additionally, there is a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $250 refundable security deposit due at the time of signing a housing agreement. The option to pay online or by check is available.

Floorplans

Columbia College student housing apartments provide options for students to choose their best living environment. Every two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is around 750 sq ft and can accommodate between four to two residents. The bedrooms are furnished with twin beds frames and mattresses, wardrobes, desks, desk chairs, and night tables. Each apartment’s kitchen contains a sink, full-size refrigerator, a two-burner cook top, dining tables and chairs, and storage areas. Residents will need to bring their own lamps, living room furniture, and cookware. Laundry services are on site in the main building and will require cash payment to use the washer or dryer.
