How to Apply
Ready to live in campus? Columbia College is excited to offer affordable student housing designed to support your academic journey and overall well-being.
Students who apply will have their applications reviewed and will be contacted regarding their eligibility for a place in housing. Please note that housing availability is limited and there is no guarantee that submitting an application will result in an approved housing license agreement.
If you are interested in living with us this summer, we may have limited options available. The move in date for the summer term is Friday, May 8th, 2026.
Our housing applications for the 2026-2027 year will open up in early April. You may begin your application today, but pricing and term dates are yet to be determined. There will be two term types available, Academic (8 months) or Standard (12 months).
Each applicant is required to provide a qualifying financial guarantor (often a parent) when applying for housing. In some circumstances, this requirement may be waived. If you do not have a financial guarantor due to special circumstances, please contact us at housing@yosemite.edu before completing this application.
Please note, that there will be a $50 non-refundable application fee that is collected at a later date. There is also a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $250 security deposit due at the time of having your housing license approved.
