Term and Rates for 2026

The housing agreements are priced per person and include all utilities such as water, garbage, electricity, and internet. Applicants will select either a single occupancy or double occupancy floorplan. Residents can select their roommates at the time of application and options for same-sex or co-ed living is available.

Fall Term 2026 (4 Months)

(August 20th, 2026 to December 12th, 2026)

Double Room: Monthly Installment $760 / Lease Term Total: $3,040

Single Room: Monthly Installment $1,255 / Lease Term Total: $5,020

Academic Term 2026-2027 (8 Months)

(August 20th, 2026 to May 1st, 2027)

Double Room: Monthly Installment $760 / Lease Term Total: $6,080

Single Room: Monthly Installment $1,255 / Lease Term Total: $10,040

Standard Term 2026-2027 (12 Months)

(August 20th, 2026 to August 14th, 2027)

Double Room: Monthly Installment $760/ Lease Term Total: $9,120

Single Room: Monthly Installment $1,255 / Lease Term Total: $15,060

There is a one-time application fee of $50 that is non-refundable in order to process the housing application. Additionally, there is a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $250 refundable security deposit due at the time of signing a housing agreement. The option to pay online or by check is available.

Floor Plans

Columbia College student housing apartments provide options for students to choose their best living environment. Every two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is around 750 sq ft and can accommodate between four to two residents. The bedrooms are furnished with twin beds frames and mattresses, wardrobes, desks, desk chairs, and night tables.

Each apartment’s kitchen contains a sink, full-size refrigerator, a two-burner cook top, dining tables and chairs, and storage areas. Residents will need to bring their own lamps, living room furniture, and cookware. Laundry services are on site in the main building and will require cash payment to use the washer or dryer.
